CTI’s Productivity Awareness tools provide real-time actionable information, which is available at a glance for managers, supervisors, and plant personnel. The tools provide strategic, tactical, and operational information to all levels of your organization.

The solution provides actionable tactical information via CTI’s Plant Floor module and integrated stack-lighting system, which provide supervisors with real-time information at a glance. Operational information informs and motivates machine operators via feedback provided by the CorrPlan Plant Floor Data Collection application and machine/manufacturing line scoreboards. The Plant Floor interface, stack-lights, and scoreboards can display whether a machine is performing to target, outside of target, down, etc.

Converting Scoreboards

Scoreboard displays for converting machines or lines provide an instant view of current order status, machine performance vs. goals, upcoming orders, etc. to the operating crews in vivid colors on a number of sequenced screens. The objective is to motivate and improve the efficiency of converting crews by making them aware of their performance by enhanced visibility of key metrics. Information for the scoreboards is obtained, in real-time from a direct link to CTI’s Plant Floor Data Collection system.

Productivity Awareness stack lighting displays can show whether a machine is performing to target, outside of target, down, etc.; allowing plant floor supervisors to determine which machines/crews require support at a glance. The real-time Plant Floor terminal ensures accurate input of operator productivity information, and gives immediate productivity feedback to operators.
