Offered as part of our complete corrugator management suite—or as a standalone module—CorrTrac will provide you with an accurate and timely view of your roll-stock inventory levels and consumption, with the ability to monitor and manage paper costs throughout the accounting period.
CorrTrac facilitates automatic, demand-driven roll-stock replenishment—reducing errors in ordering and giving you better visibility into your plant’s projected roll-stock demand. CorrTrac will recommend the appropriate amount of roll-stock to order by grade, and will split the order between multiple suppliers if needed. CorrTrac will automatically transmit approved roll-stock orders to suppliers’ Mills via CTI’s CorrChain supply chain solution—as well as RFQ’s.
Depending upon your level of integration with CorrChain, orders can appear directly in yours and you supplier’s business systems and delivery promises can be automatically transmitted back to your plant—reducing manual order entry—and resulting in fewer costly errors.
