Our Plant Floor Data Collection is the source of production related information provided to users and to other applications—such as CorrPlan—within an integrated manufacturing environment. With CorrPlan PFDC, you’ll have the ability to provide schedules, manufacturing specifications, performance feedback, and other information to machine operators and production supervisors.
CorrPlan PFDC allows you view real-time machine line-ups, set-up times, run durations, downtime, and waste tracking, on its large, easy-to-read user interface. Your operators need only enter downtime and/or waste codes, and PFDC will automatically collect production data—even if the connection to the host network is severed.

Support for Productivity Awareness Light Stacks
The PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers) that CorrPlan PFDC uses to interface with machines also support the use of productivity awareness light stacks. These light stacks drive productivity awareness on the shop floor, and display whether a machine is performing to target, outside of target, or below target—allowing your plant floor supervisors to determine which machines or crews require support, at a glance.
