We've been testing our software's compatibility with Vista; and are still in the process of doing so. While we have encountered few problems running CTI modules on the new OS, we are still addressing issues that may affect our customers, should they decide to upgrade to Vista. We will continue to investigate and address Vista related compatibility issues, and will report our progress both in the newsletter and on our website.
In the meantime, unless it's an absolute necessity, we recommend delaying any upgrades to production machines running CTI modules. Please contact CTI tech support if you have any questions regarding Vista compatibility.
