The Packaging Business System (PBS) component of CTI’s pkgWARE solution is built around a packaging-industry–specific version of Infor’s ERP LN solution—integrated with a front-office component—PECOM, our advanced Pricing, Estimating, Product Configuration, and Sales Order Management solution.

ERP LN (formerly known as BAAN) is widely regarded as the best Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for discrete manufacturing, and CTI has adapted ERP LN to precisely fit the needs of the paper packaging industry.

To accomplish this CTI invested several man-years of research and development to produce a comprehensive industry model; based upon industry-specific key performance indicators (KPI), and best-practices.
