Features and Functions

The CorrPlan Plant Floor Data Collection provides schedules, manufacturing specifications, performance feedback, and other information to machine operators and production supervisors. CorrPlan PFDC is the source of production related information provided to users and to other applications—such as CorrPlan—within an integrated manufacturing environment.

CorrPlan PFDC functions include:

• Real-time machine status – including machine state, order identifier, setup times, and more
• Real-time OEE metrics – including total production, waste, productivity targets, and more
• Automatic adjustment of setup/make-ready – based upon historical setup and run rates for spec
• Select and view details for any order in a machine’s schedule
• Select and view any order in another machine’s schedule
