CTI Success Story to be Presented at Chicago TAPPI Meeting

Chicago, IL - On April 3, the Chicago chapter of TAPPI will be hosting an evening program entitled "Using Technology to Improve Customer Service." Four speakers will give presentations for box makers to help them "understand the tools that can make customer service faster, more accurate and easy to use."
Among the speakers will be Tim Benecke, Vice President of Operations for The Royal Group. Tim will be presenting his company's success in using technology to improve service to their customers. His presentation will highlight The Royal Group's implementation of CTI's CorrPlan, and CorrTrim planning modules.
