Sales People:
We are seeking Sales People experienced in selling software or technology consulting services. Ideal candidates will have experience in corrugated packaging, or a related industry background (folding carton, flexible packaging, paper mills, etc…). Experience selling MES, or ERP solutions to a manufacturing vertical is also desirable.

Software Trainers:
We are currently seeking Software Trainers to deliver client training for our full suite of solutions. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently as training is conducted at clients’ sites throughout North America.

Preferred applicants will have experience within the corrugated packaging industry; candidates with experience in a planning or scheduling role are strongly preferred as are persons who have experience using our solutions in a plant environment. CTI will provide full training to qualified applicants.

Software Developers:
Do you have a strong knowledge of C++? Do you know C#, or ASP .NET running in a Windows environment? We have an immediate need for software developers with solid C++ knowledge and strong knowledge of the corrugated industry. The ideal candidate will have experience writing communication drivers to corrugated controllers; we are willing to provide C# training for the right candidates.

Field Engineers:
We have an extensive suite of solutions and we require field engineers to install and test our software at our customer sites. Do you possess attention to detail, good organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a love of travel? Field engineers spend up to 50% to 75% of each year supporting our customers both in the U.S. and internationally.

Technical Support:
Do you have good people and excellent technical skills? This position involves providing our customers with both phone and internet technical support.

Candidates for all of these positions should have a strong technical background and solid knowledge of Windows. Excellent customer service skills are required, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
